Well it has been some time now since my last post but lots has happened since then.
Anyway, I’m back with running and getting ready for my next marathon in spring. Not sure which one but I will keep you posted.
Yesterdays training was an interval run. warm up, followed but 2 sets of 800m at 4:30/km 400m at 4:00/km and 1200m at 4:35/km. I’m happy to say it was easy.
Next one again an interval. Hopefully within the weekend.
