End of week 12 and this is a scheduled post. I should be on holidays in Berlin by now!
This weeks running was limited. No long run but managed to fit in two runs in this short and busy 4days.
- 12k at a pace of 4:44min per k.
- a 6k easy run to get some fresh air. De-stress.
- lots of walking!
Next week is also going to be a two run week. Even though race day is in 4 weeks and with only one 30k run till now, I (want) believe that this is a good chance to rest and not a step backwards.
