Getting closer and closer to race day so I had to fit in a longer run since in the next two weeks I will have limited time for running. Lots of meetings and things to take care of before we are off for some holidays!
- Interval run outdoors, the one I missed last week. 5x2km at 5:20-5:10-5:00-4:45-4:40, r/2′ easy walk plus 4×30″ hard, r/1.30
- Treadmill interval. 2.5km easy and 6×2′ at 15, r/1:30′ easy walk, 1km easy cool down.
- 30k long run. Slow pace but I really got tired towards the end. Not good. Oh and I almost got hit by a golf ball today but moving targets are hard to get 🙂
