2013 was a great “running” year with several milestones including a PB, but I have higher expectations for 2014.
- Run my fastest Marathon till now. In theory it can be done since I’m in better shape than ever, I’m following a custom made training plan and have registered for a “fast” Marathon which I have done before.
- Run the Athens Classic Marathon in November, and that will bring the total count to 10! It must be done on the Classic! 10 is a good even number to stop…but if don’t then I’ll have to do another 10.
- Not so much a running goal but it does influence running a great deal. Lose a few more kg and be around 77. That’s another 4-5kg.
- Enjoy running, be healthy and have fun while doing it.
