3 tips for running in the rain.

A rainy day should not stop you from running so here are some tips to make it as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

  •  make the run 30 minutes or less. After that your chances are that you will be soaking wet even with waterproof gear.
  •  dress in layers and prefer synthetic fibbers that do not soak up water.
  •  choose thinner socks. They will make your shoes feel less soggy.


1 Water and wind proof jacket. 2 plastic bag for wet clothes. 3 Waterproof case for your phone. 4 Gore-Tex running shoes. 5 Hot chocolate drink to warm you up.
