End of Marathon training week 14

Today I did my last long run. A 32k run, mostly flat and slightly faster than my marathon pace. I think I was still tired from last weeks 25k race. Although I only did two 5k runs mid week I felt I needed more time to recover but I’m glad this is over and done with.

I think I will slow down now and start tapering. Maybe do one more 15k run…

There were more than a few runners out today and it seemed everybody was doing their long run this weekend. It’s about 20 days before race day.


…and just came back from 30 min bike ride to the pharmacy which was shut!
