End of Marathon training week 7.

Three moves this week. Suunto calls each activity seesion a move and it does make some sense, especially this week.
This week had poor milage but Fridays move was rewarding. It’s not quantity but quality!

  1. – 50 min fartlek run.
  2. 3 hour hike and 1 hour trail run.3 – 35 min slow run.
  3.  – 35 min slow run.
  4. – darts and beer. I guess that does not help my marathon training goal. Should of done more running but days fly by…
