Lazy and weak. That is a quick summary of the week that just passed.
Two 10k runs mid week, slower than marathon pace on which I really had to drag myself through. Boring same old route, tired and weak.
The week was saved by this mornings run in holiday Mykonos. The run was again 10k but with great head winds and uphills. Excellent training for the upcoming Marathon in November. Great sea view and scenery made the run different and enjoyable.
