End of Marathon training week 3

One more week is over and done with. A slow start with a toe injury that kept me from running 3 days. Temperatures ranging from 36 to 39 celsius did not make the situation any easier but luckily my accident and heat wave were in the beginning of the week.

So on Wednesday I was off with a couple of black and blue toes to remind me to be more careful.

– 5k @ 5min per km pace including warm up

– 12k slow

– 8 x 400m at 4:20 pace

– 14k @ 20sec. faster than my marathon pace.
