Yesterday was a royal shit day at work, probably the worst in my career (and more to come). Came back home in the evening with a massive headache and nervers like a time bomb ready to expode killing inocent victims. And here comes the cure…running!
Went out for a run and came back home rejuvenated and defused. Not sure what makes running such a great medicine for stress and foul mood but it sure works. Maybe its the exercise and moving around, sweating, time alone to think or just the chemistry in the body that resets everything.
Tried and tested over time, it always works, no matter the speed or distance. Run Forrest!
